CRITERIA
A student who has cystic fibrosis, or who has a family member stricken with the disease, or a full-time undergraduate student whose service and commitment to the prevention and cure of cystic fibrosis is exemplary.
SELECTION COMMITTEE
Boomer Esiason, Director of Student Activities, Associate Director of Student Activities, Vice President for Public Relations, Campus Life Representative, President of Phi Sigma Sorority or student leader chosen by the sorority if president is eligible for the scholarship.
SELECTION PROCESS
Candidate will complete an application. The committee will choose finalists who will be interviewed there after. The award recipient will be chosen by a majority vote.
